ENPS Adds Al Ghad TV Jordan

In a year-to-date wrap up of sales to digital broadcasters worldwide, newsroom automation systems supplier, ENPS includes MM, or Malayala Manorama. Based in Kerala, South India – MM is one of the largest print publishers in India, and has a new TV news channel.

The initial 40 workstations are located in the broadcaster’s state-of- the-art Cochin studios. Other Indian clients are Sahara TV, Channel 7 JTV, Amrita TV and state broadcaster, Doordarshan.

In the Middle East meanwhile ENPS has signed up Al Ghad TV in Amman, Jordan. The station is being set up to provide top quality news and entertainment programs to audiences throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf region. The initial 30 workstations are being installed over the next few months, with the possibility of future expansion.

“We were looking for a newsroom system to facilitate flow within the newsroom, from searching and retrieving information, to the planning and transmission of our programmes - and knew that ENPS was the ideal tool to support our team,” said Mohannad Khatib, Al Ghad Managing Director.
