Extract from Rohde & Schwarz for digital broadcasters release dated March 13
"Rohde & Schwarz has already successfully set up a T-DMB transmission network in Korea. Terrestrial digital multimedia broadcast (T-DMB) is based on the digital audio broadcast (DAB) standard, which has been introduced as digital radio in many countries. Now the company also offers other Test & Measurement and datacasting products for T-DMB and DAB. In combination with the new TRP player and a T-DMB/DAB library, the R&S SFU provides new test functions.
The successful all-purpose R&S SFU broadcast test system was developed for all internationally important digital TV standards - 8VSB/ATSC, J.83/B, DVB-S2, DVB-S, DVB-T, DVB-H, DVB-C, DMB-T and DIRECTV. An analog interferer and an interferer management option now complement the R&S SFU to handle transmission simulation. By using these options, the effect an analog TV interference signal has on the digital useful signal can be easily simulated."
